Pilates was a very strict man who demanded from people to focus pilatss of their energy and attention to Pilates classes. An iconic Pilates book, it was my constant Pilates workout companion. First read it a long time back.

While I wouldn’t recommend really trying to learn pilates from a book, this is a good resource if you have a basic understanding of the principles of pilates but silef refresher of the actual series. It also lacks more beginner exercises or ideas of how to adjust the exercises for beginner level. My daily lesson is: Recommended for anyone who practices Pilates!
